Order Changes & Cancellations

Plans change—we’ll do our best to help when they do.

If you need to make a change to your order, please call the store directly at 913.828.1034 as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations for same-day orders once they have been processed.

Refund Policy 

Boutique Items
Non-perishable boutique items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided items are unused, free of pet hair, odors, and in original, resellable condition with tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Refunds & Resolutions
All refunds, replacements, or store credits are issued at the discretion of The Flower Bar & Boutique owners.
