At The Flower Bar & Boutique, we offer local delivery, nationwide shipping, and in-store pickup depending on the items in your order
How Your Order Is Fulfilled
Here’s how we get your flowers and gifts where they need to go.

Local Delivery → Available for fresh flower orders

Add-On Items → Balloons, gifts, and select items can be delivered with flowers

Nationwide Shipping → Boutique items can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.

In-Store Pickup → Available for flowers and boutique items

Pickup Only → Subscriptions and dance flowers must be picked up in-store
Your Flower Delivery, Made Simple
From timing to drop-off, here’s how we make sure everything arrives just right.
Orders must be placed by 9:00 AM to qualify for same-day delivery.
We deliver Monday through Saturday.
We do not offer delivery on Sundays.
Please include your requested delivery date in the order instructions at checkout.
While we do our best to accommodate requested dates, exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please ensure all recipient information (name, phone number, and address) is accurate at checkout.
We may contact the recipient directly to coordinate timing or drop-off details to ensure a successful delivery.
Flowers may be left at the door if weather conditions allow.
If conditions are not suitable (extreme temperatures, precipitation, etc.), the recipient will be contacted to arrange a safe delivery.

Sending something special? We’ve got you covered nationwide.
Boutique items are available for nationwide shipping.
Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.
Orders are processed within standard business timeframes unless otherwise noted.
Pickup Orders
Prefer to pick it up? We’ll have it ready for you.
In-store pickup is available for flowers and boutique items.
Subscriptions and dance flowers are pickup only.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please pick up during business hours.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Plans change—we’ll do our best to help when they do.
If you need to make a change to your order, please call the store directly at 913.828.1034 as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations for same-day orders once they have been processed.
