Orders must be placed by 9:00 AM to qualify for same-day delivery.

Please include your requested delivery date in the delivery instructions at checkout.

We currently deliver Monday through Saturday. We are closed for deliveries on Sundays.

To ensure a smooth delivery, we may contact the recipient directly to coordinate timing or drop-off details.

Please make sure all recipient information (name, phone number, and address) is accurate. This helps us deliver your flowers without delays.

Flowers may be left at the door if weather conditions allow. If weather conditions are not suitable (extreme temperatures, precipitation, etc.), the recipient will be contacted to arrange a safe delivery.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
